Myself and four friends stayed in what they call "apartment" it is a 3 bedroomed fantastic house on 3 levels. This accommodation is decorated up to the highest level, kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc. they even leave you tea and coffee. There is a fantastic spiral staircase from the living room up to the upper level or you can take the standard stairs, the bedrooms are equally as stylish with 2 of them en suite and the main bathroom is huge. There is a family room that leads onto the back garden, just off this room is the washing machine and dryer. Everything is here !!! Location is fantastic in walking distance to the castle and all the shopping, because its right at the university the is a huge amount of pubs. We will definitely be back

A magical house, so central and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and appointed with a lovely garden and plenty off road secure parking. Masses of space for a large group with lots of privacy for each guest. Excellent service from the staff at The Edinburgh address. A perfect venue for a stay in Edinburgh.

This is a very beautiful spacious house with a lovely garden in an amazing central Georgian terrace . It has everything you could possibly want for a great stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! It couldn’t have been more perfect. Many thanks to Gill and Allan for everything. We will be back!
