A truly marvelous maindoor apartment, with private garden, high spec and lovely views of Edinburgh Castle. Luxurious fixtures and fittings and oodles of space. Something for everyone; the huge garden for families or those who outdoor relaxation, fantastic city centre location and perfect accommodation for our corporate clients with 2 bathrooms and free wifi.

A two bedroom, with extra garden room, two bathroom apartment, grand in scale offering city centre living with that all important garden adding an extra dimension to what is already a wonderful property. The two main bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen and one bathroom and o...ne shower room are all on the ground floor. This is a very spacious property with the two main bedrooms to the back of the property (not the main road). Bedrooms and gardens have a sunny aspect.

After passing through the entrance vestibule, the dining area has a dining table to seat 6 and provides a lovely setting for dining. The spacious sitting room has designer touches, period features and great views of Edinburgh castle!

The master bedroom has a zip and link bed which can either be a superking or two singles and garden views. There is a bathroom adjoining the master with a bath, stand-alone shower, underfloor heating and anti fog mirrors. The second bedroom also has a zip and link bed which can either be a superking or two singles. It too benefits from views over the garden. There is a second bathroom on this floor with stand-alone shower.

The sleek fully fitted kitchen has a table to seat four and all-modern conveniences.

Down the curved staircase is situated a garden room complete with french doors to the lovely spacious garden. The garden has two large areas of decking, garden furniture and a BBQ allowing guests to use this outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing if the weather should suit!

We also offer a double bed in the garden room for £12 per night per person. Probably best for children or the occasional use as this basement room can be subject to a slight rumble from trains so not suitable for light sleepers. Needless to say, it was used as a bedroom by the owners.

We reserve the right to vet any group booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups. Whilst we welcome younger people, one member of the booking party must be over 25yrs. Strictly non smoking.Read more

  Imagine waking up in this apartment, walking to the living room windows and looking out to see Edinburgh Castle across the street!!!
  
  A fabulous apartment in a prime location central to walking every where. 3 well appointed bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms, large living room, gas fireplace, modern well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and an outdoor garden. Flat screen tv, DVD, Wifi, iPod docking station, sound system, games, hair dryers. Central to train, bus and walking to the major sights of Edinburgh.
  The apartment is also stocked with teas, coffee, sugar, biscuits.
  
  We found the apartment to be exactly what the photos were on the website. Easy to find, comfortable, spotless and friendly staff.
  
  My only drawback is the beds are hard, but most European beds are.
  
  A great reasonably priced luxury accommodation. Definitely my pick next time I come to Edinburgh!!

  Ideal property for our requirements

  We rented this property because of its size, quality of accommodation and it's location to my daughters wedding venue in central Edinburgh.
  We were certainly not disappointed and it was ideal for our requirements. The flat was central and furnished to a high standard.
  The rental company were well organised and very easy to deal with.

  Sheer luxury in the centre of Edinmburgh

  Had a weekend break with some friends and were amazed when we arrived and saw the apartment. Everything about it was pure luxury, it was furnished to a very high standard. All that we needed was there even down to the starter package of tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and toilet rolls. The apartment overlooks and the castle and only a few minutes walk to Princes Street and all the attractions in the centre of Edinburgh. As a treat we booked the chef that The Edinburgh address recommend. We had a choice of menus to pick from then Steven came and cooked it for us and he had an assistant who served the meal and then did all the washing up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Steven, the meal was beautiful. Thank you to the Edinburgh address staff who were great during the booking process and for recommending Steven, it was a weekend away that we all thoroughy enjoyed
