In a nutshell? This place worked well for us.
Nice place, clean, massively spacious. Bountiful kitchen. Not far from all attractions (10-15 min) as long as you figure out the bus schedule (3 min walk to bus stop). Complex houses mostly younger people, but noise was never a factor. Nice gym facilities. Huge grocery store 5 min by bus (or 30 min walk) down the street. Gas station 10 min walk away has great selection of all types of food (fresh and non). Underground parking is included (very nice feature), but we didn't utilize it.
Final note: make sure that you're comfortable with travelling each day to wherever you need to go to see the sights. Nothing is walking distance unless you love hours on your feet. Besides that, book this place and you won't be dissapointed! We may very well get it again.
Great Stay Close to Edinburgh
Great apartment with modern, clean amenities. Close to grocery store and bus stop to reach city centre. Spacious and ideal for family of five. The underground parking was a bonus. Internet would have been nice as well as including toilet paper supply and hand soap which were included in other rentals we have stayed. My only suggestion would be for management company to include a 24 hour phone number to call in case of trouble checking in.
Stay over here was very pleasant and we had a very good time..The only problem we had was the Internet access..there is no internet service in this flat...but other wise the facilities and comfort were very good.
Also thanks to the house owner for posting me my camera battery on time :)..Overall a very good and pleasant stay..
Edinburgh is amazing apartment a real find
We were very impressed with this property it was spotless , well equipped and whilst too far to walk into the city centre for all the family , well located. It would have been nice to have info on how to use oven & washing machine rather than trial and error .Also info about what shops were closest & phone numbers for doctors & dentists if needed .
Just as an aside,it wasn't readily apparant that the key to the flat's front door would gain us entrance to the building itself . Whilst a call to the helpul owner resolved the issue it might be helpful if the agents made this clear .
Excellent accomodation and location for the City.
Accomodation was excellent. Clean and well equipped. Only problems was the door key needed some fiddling to engage.Walking distance to Princess Street and City centre. Could not fault for a city centre location.
Property was very clean and comfortable, beds made up on arrival, one minor problem quickly dealt with. Would definitely stay there again.
