As novice visitors to the Fringe we hadnt realised that it would be nearly all over by the end of august when we booked so another year would try to get a booking earlier in august. We originally booked an earlier week and were persuaded to go for a later date because the owner wanted to have the week we wanted.
As accommodation it was OK - a bit tatty and smelly as a building and would benefit from better bed linen given the price. It was very convenient for the station but I think another time we would try to find something nearer Mount Pleasant. It was quite noisy at night.
The picture didnt let on that it was directly above anne Summers which also wasnt fantastic. -

Excellent location. Everything we needed was included in the apartment.
It was clean and comfortable, only one issue though, as we were leaving, I saw a mouse disappear in the skirting board of the main bedroom! This was probably because the council had disturbed them in laying the tram tracks. -

Service was very good from MacKay agency.
Great home, fantastic location, central to all of our needs.
Loved the large rooms, heating worked well, lots of hot water and all amenities were available.
The stairs to the home were a bit of a challenge. Would not work for everyone. -

The apartment is spacious and well located. There is internet access, washing machine and other amenities. The interior is tired from the 70s, but overall it is quite comfortable. Great for families.
