I was slightly worried about this flat as there had only been one previous Tripadvisor review. But wow I am glad I went there. I'll never stay in Edinburgh anywhere else again. Unbelievable location - Bruntsfield is a 20min stroll to the Royal Mile via parkland, but to be honest I found it hard to leave Bruntsfield at all. Crammed with snug little coffee shops and bakeries and a great butcher and fishmonger, plus a bookshop - and just up the road a sensational art Deco cinema where you loll around on leather sofas while you watch your film. I could have stayed in the area forever, actually. Flat itself is outstanding - very very solid and therefore super quiet, and there's a new kitchen (if the pictures of the flat still show the orange kitchen, that's out of date - the new one is very un-orange and very sleek). Everything worked, and the booking process was wonderful - the agents were very helpful. If you don't want to walk into town you're very close to a bus stop with very very regular services to Princes St. Whole place is a gem!

The location is superb, just as in the descripiton.
There is plenty of space and an excellent kitchen.
There are good bus services a shot distance away or enjoy the pleasant walk into the centre via the Meadows.
Tv has Freeview channels and a DVD player too.
Beds very comfy.
Our 2 friends who stayed for few nights also commented on the quality of the accomdation.
Nice neighbours too!!
