Light and bright, fun and funky! With its state of the art bathrooms, kitchen and audio/sound system, this third floor apartment is full of the right kind of surprises!

Great for a family or larger group, this split-level apartment benefits from three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two ensuite). Its décor is fresh and modern, the apartment having been completely refurbished to a high standard.

Upon entering the spacious hallway; with lovely solid oak flooring, the apartment is swathed in light coming from the fantastic 2 sets of peaked velux roof windows. On this level of the apartment is a tiled bathroom with solid oak floor and... sleek contemporary bath fittings; freestanding bath and wall hung toilet. There is a lovely light sitting room with seating for 6 and flat screen TV, complete with solid oak handcrafted bespoke furniture. The large kitchen has sophisticated graphite coloured units; granite worktop and pink glass splash back to give that designer touch. A solid oak dining table with seating for 6 gives a generous dining area and the floor is an intriguing dark grey glitter colour. There is a single oven, hob, fridge/freezer, built in coffee machine, microwave and integrated dishwasher. Complete with utility room and washer/dryer. There is also a bedroom on this level with superking zip link, which can split to form two single beds

Under the stairwell is a useful desk, ideal for laptops or reading. As you climb the stair, an inspired apple green wall stretches many feet up to the windows enticing you to explore the top floor. Here you will find two further bedrooms both ensuite. Both carpeted, bedroom one has solid oak furniture, including the king bed. There is a flat screen TV. The ensuite is a wet room can be transformed into a steam room (now there’s a surprise!). It has travitino walls, granite bench and high-pressure shower. There is a radio/mp3 built in to give the bathroom its own sound system!

The third bedroom has a superking zip link, which can split to form two single beds and its own flat screen TV. This tiled ensuite has a high-pressure mixer shower and heated floor tiles. It too has a radio/mp3 built in to give the bathroom its own sound system!

The flat is situated in the residential area of Polworth, just south west of the city centre and only a few minutes’ walk from the delightful area of Brunstfield packed full of cafes, shops and bars. Only takes 5-10 minutes on the bus into the City Centre and the bus stop is right at the end of the street with buses every 10 minutes. The apartment is right beside Edinburgh’s Union canal that starches all the way to Falkirk. It’s perfect for a quiet walk or dinner at one of the waterside restaurants? Make sure to lookout for house boats too!

This apartment benefits from a quiet neighbourhood but is only a short walk or bus ride away from the centre of town. Great for trips to the Kings Theatre or Michelin Star restaurant “Castle Terrace” as well as Edinburgh Castle and the Grassmarket. Perfect!

  Stayed in this gorgeous apartment to celebrate my future sister in laws hen weekend. It is spacious and funky with every mod con you could ever need. Apartment was on the top floor so id wear flats girl as the stairs are a killer!!
  
  Service from the letting company was excellent. Apartment was well equipped with information to help you in your stay.
  
  Think the only small negative was the apartment was a little too far out of town. However taxi service was excellent and between 6 of us it didnt work out too bad. A little pricey if theres only the 2 of you. However as I say, only a small fault.
  
  Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this to anyone wanting a little bit of luxury.
