3 BR / 2 BA (2Q, D, S, Futon) - Sleeps 9 - A very nice ocean view home loaded with sunshine! This home is on a corner lot right across Palmetto and a beach access. The entrance to the home is on the side of the house leads right into the kitchen. There is room in the kitchen (no dishwasher) for the dining table. Cross over the wide center hall and the living room is right there. Both the living and kitchen/dining face Palmetto Blvd and lots of windows. The center hall way is wide enough for a futon. Facing Palmetto Blvd and all the way across the front of the house is an extra large sundeck. And a nice picnic area under the house with a swing for watching the happenings on Palmetto Blvd. There is screened area on the ground level to enjoy. There is one bedroom at the back of the house with a queen bed(TV) and a private bath(tub/shower combination). There is a hall bath(tub/shower) and 2 more bedrooms on the left side of the house. The front bedroom, behind the living room, has a double bed and a twin(noTV). The back left bedroom has a queen bed(no TV). “Loads of nice improvements”
We have rented this house twice, May 2021 upon arrival we noticed floors seemed new. Bed in back bedroom ( to the right) new. Laundry room could use a brighter light, however we did not have any issue… More
