4 BR / 2 BA (K, Q, D, 2S, Bunk) - Sleeps 10 - This comfortable "Pet Friendly" home is only a short walk to the beach on quiet Thistle Street. You enter the house from the back door that leads into the kitchen area. There is a breakfast bar for extra seating (no dishwasher). The washer/dryer are located under the house along with plenty of parking. The large front deck is the place to sit after a day at the beach. The "L" shaped living and dining room have many sofas and comfortable chairs, in different groups. There are two sliders to the front sundeck. The dining and kitchen areas flow from the living room in the central portion of the house . There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full hall bath(tub/shower combination) on each side of the great room. The front left bedroom(facing Thistle St) has a king size bed, the front right a queen. The back left has 2 twins, the back right a set of bunks and a double. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. "Hocutt's Hideaway" would make a great vacation choice for a family who would like to bring a pet. Call Edisto Realty at 1-*******-5398 to book this beach walk property. Additional amenities include a picnic table under the house, grill and outside shower(not enclosed). This home sits beside a nice lagoon and has very pretty oak trees on the property.
