3BR / 4BA - (K, Q, 2S, Queen Sofa) - The King Cotton Townhomes are located in the center of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge resort. Just a short walk to the Plantation Course Pro Show, J. Peters Restaurant, and the resort Recreation Center. There is plenty of covered parking and the best part, easy access to the villa by elevator!. On the ground level you will find a private outside shower with hot n' cold water. The staircase to the front door is under house - protected from the weather. As you enter, the Living area is to the left, the dining area and kitchen to the right. The elevator also accesses this floor. In the living area you will find plenty of seating and a wall of windows overlooking the front and covered deck and a large slider to the screen porch, Both the covered deck and screen porch have plenty of very comfortable furiture. From the screen porch you watch all the action on the 18th fairway and green. The dining area has a large table and chairs plus extra seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is huge and will allow several cooks. Off the back of the kitchen you find a full bath (tub/shower) and the laundry closet. The staircase is also off the kitchen. The master bedroom (King) is the left and has a private bath with a whirlpool tub and stall shower. The 2nd fl screen porch also overlooks the 18th fairway. Down the hall are the other 2 bedrooms each with their own bath (both have tub/showers).
Amenities includes internet service, elevator service from the ground level to the 2nd fl bedroom level, whirlpool tub, eash access to all the resort has to offer. Pets are allowed with non-refundable $175 plus tax Pet Fee. Bed and Bath linens and Departure Cleaning are included. No motorcycles / trailers / RVs / Boats / Golf Carts allowed in the resort. No Smoking, Has Internet
Ocean Ridge is a small 300-acre golf/tennis/recreation resort located within the Town of Edisto Beach. Recreation amenities (3 pools, workout room, tours, Beach Cabana (restrooms, showers), bike rentals, water sports, video rentals) are available to all resort guests for a fee (see Recreation Center for info and latest schedules). Access to the Beach Cabana is in the 2000 block of Palmetto (look for orange mail box) with parking is allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street is a beach access point with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd.
