7BR / 4BA (Up K / K K/ Q / Down - Q, 2Bunk ex-long / 2Bunk ex-long) Sleeps 18 - A large, well-maintained beachfront home well equipped to accommodate a large family. Lots of sundecks and a large screen porch complete with rockers and a picnic table! The great room is filled with windows with outstanding ocean views and a cozy fireplace. This home's entrance has easy access, with the front porch and entrance only a few steps off the ground. The first floor of the home contains the large living, dining, and kitchen areas with beautiful tile floors. The screen porch and one of the decks is beyond the great room, facing the Atlantic. Walk down 5 steps into a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom on the right, has ocean views and a Queen size bed(no TV). This is a full hall bath(shower only)on this level that opens to the outside. Connected to the 2nd bedroom has 2 bunks - mattress are extra-long(TV in this room). This bedroom connects with the 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds - mattress are extra-long(no TV). There is a exterior door in this room that opens onto the carport(facing Point St). The washer/dryer is located in this room(behind doors). You will walk through the one bunk room to get to the other. There is a door in between the 2 bedrooms for privacy. The 2nd floor of this home is only 8 steps up to another sleeping area with 4 more bedrooms. 2 bedrooms face the ocean and each have a king size bed, TV, and open onto a 2nd floor covered porch. An open rooftop deck is above this porch. One bedroom has a connecting bath(sit down shower)that also enters into a back bedroom(facing Point St) with another king size bed(no TV). This bedroom opens onto a large open deck overlooking Point St. The bedroom next to this has a queen size bed(no TV) and opens onto the same deck. There is also a full hall bath(tub/shower combo) on this level. Be sure to bring extra long sheets for the 4 sets of single bunks.
