An open deck with table, chairs, and gas grill is located on the back of the house, accessed from the kithen. This deck overlooks the nice grass filled back yard. The laundry room is conveniently located next to the kitchen. There are 2 bedroom on each side of the great room. The left front bedroom(facing Arc St) has a queen size bed(no TV). Ther...e is a full hall bathroom(tub/shower combination) on this side of the house. The back left bedroom is the downstairs master bedroom. This room has a king size bed(with TV) and a large master bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate sit down shower. The hallway on the right of the great rooms leads to 2 more bedrooms. The front right bedroom has a queen bed, the back, 2 twins. Each of these bedrooms has a TV and a private bath(tub/shower). The staircase to the second floor is accessed from the back of the house near the kitchen. A door at the bottom of the stairs can be closed off for privacy between the floors. At the top of the stairs is a large den with plenty of seating and TV. This room opens onto the 2nd floor deck with water views. To the left of the den is a bedroom with a twin and a double bed(with TV). This bedroom opens into a full bath(tub/shower) that is also accessible from the den. To the right of the den is the upstairs master bedroom. This room has a king size bed(no TV) and large private bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate sit down shower.
