Left on 07/13/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Great location, beautiful views from the deck and nice screened in porch facing the ocean. I'm sure it was once a beautiful home but sadly has not been kept up. House was very dirty, many lights did not work, ripped screens worn out, dirty furnitue and cockroaches! Air conditioning not adequate for home only middle level of the house was comfortable -- upstairs 2 bedrooms and sleeping alcove unbearably hot and ground level uncomfortable as well. Freezer not working - rental agency notified but repairman never came.
