5 BR / 3 BA (K / K / 2S / Q,S / Q, SS - Sleeps 11 - Located on the quiet end of Myrtle St this home is just a lot down from the corner of Ebb Tide and Myrtle. Straight up from there and across Palmetto to a beach access. This property is a very easy walk to the beach. There is a very private yard with lots of trees with a screen porch in back overlooking the woods and bike path.
You enter the house fro a wrap around coverd porch to a large foyer with the staircase to the second floor. To the right is the living area with a dining table in the back of this room. There is also a sleeper sofa. Directly opposit this dining table is another table adjacent to the kitchen. There are two doors from this dining area that open onto a screen porch, with seating, on the back of the home. To the left of the foyer is a bedroom with king. The washer/dryer is also in this room. A hall bath with a sit down shower is next to this bedroom. Directly ahead is the master bedroom. This room has a king size bed, TV, and large private bath. The bath has a 2 sink vanity, tub, and separate room with a sit down shower and toilet. This bedroom opens onto the screen porch on the back of the house.
At the top of the stairs, on the second floor, is a hall bath with a tub/shower. A hallway with 3 bedroom is on this level. The first bedroom is large with a 2 Twins (no TV). The 2nd bedroom has a queen & twin beds(with TV). The last bedroom on the 2nd floor has a Queen (with TV). All bedrooms on this floor have carpeting. The first floor is all hardwood floors.
A very nice, comfortable home in a great spot on Edisto Beach.
