6 BR / 4BA (1K, 3Q, 4S, Bunks) sleeps 14 - This home is set up for a fun filled week for a large family. There are 3 levels of living - Starting with the ground level which has a sitting area(with TV) and 2 BR/1BA/Kitchenette BR1queen BR2 has af bunk with an outside entrance. There is window a/c but no heat. There is a door from Palmetto Blvd and one from the covered patio area beachside. The main level has a open great room, dining, and kitchen with central HVAC. The hallway to the right of the kitchen/dining leads to 2 full hall baths(one with shower only, the other tub/shower combo). There are 2 beach side bedrooms that overlook the ocean. One has as queen size bed, the other a king. The back bedroom (Palmetto Blvd) has 2 twin beds. There is a covered porch off the living are with a picnic table for outdoor dining. The 3rd floor has two bedrooms that face the beach. The left bedroom has 2 twin beds, the right, a queen bed. (There are no TV's in the bedrooms). The hall bath on this floor has a tub/shower combo.There is a hall door leading to an open deck for spectacular ocean views!
