The top floor has a large kitchen, dining, and living room that opens onto a sunroom. A deck faces Point St with water views. The home also has a screen porch (Palmetto Blvd side). The right side of the main floor contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and opens onto the deck. There is a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The left side of the house has 2 bedrooms and a hall bath(tub/shower). The front water view bedroom has a king bed and a unique antique toddler bed. The back left bedroom has a queen bed and another toddler bed. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. An inside staircase leads to a large ground floor with a cozy den (TV), 3 more bedrooms. bedroom 4 has a queen, bedroom 5 has 2 singles, and bedroom 6 has 2 singles plus a bunk bed. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. There is a hall bath on the ground floor (tub/shower combination). The laundry is also downstairs and includes an extra fridge.
