We liked everything about the house. It was the perfect size for our family, and the upstairs room was great for all the kids. The only real issue we had was we did not have cable for the first 4 days we were there.

A very nice house in a good location. My only complaint would be there is no cabinet space in the kitchen to store our food.

We had a great week with our daughters and families. The pool was a big hit with the grandchildren. The upstairs was a great place for the older children to have privacy and for the adults to feel comfortable with them being "out of the way" but safe and able to watch TV play games or rest. My only "complaint" is there was not a lot of room in the kitchen to put our food, there were so many dishes!

The Os was a very well maintained and welcoming home. We loved the house and enjoyed our visit. The pool was a plus, especially in the evenings after a long day at the beach. Beautiful home, and we will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our week at the O's and found the house and pool lovely. Not having the wireless internet was a big loss for our family with several people intending on keeping up with work while at the beach. Perhaps it was a God send. I was suprised when it was decided that a new router was needed that I would be expected to install it! The employee that did eventually bring the router and attempted to install it was very nice and helpful but she could not get the wireless working either; I was glad I had not spent hours of my vacation attempting to install the router. To me, paying to be on vacation is paying to have someone else take care of home maintenance issues. We also discovered a hornet's nest in the cushions of the front porch couch. I certainly was glad they didn't expect me to handle that myself too!

This house was the best. We loved the pool and the location. The noise level from the bar across the street was not a problem. We actually wanted to hear the music one night and could only hear it when someone opened the door to go inside.

Once again, we had a fantastic time. We have made reservations for next year the O's. We love the house and the location...and the pool is great!! We have made and continue to make many memories at Edisto Beach and at the O's.
Atwood has been an awesome agency to deal with. We left some clothes at the house and they were kind enough to quickly go retrieve them and send them back to us. What service!!
Only one little complaint. There was no broom in the house and being close to the beach and all of the sand, that wasn't good, so I had to buy a broom at the Piggly Wiggly...not something you would typically buy on vacation! -

We had a few problems at the residence and one was repaired immediately but the other (the garbage disposal) leaked and the repairman called and said he would be there the next day at 1100 AM. He did not arrive during our stay and we needed to use the disposal a few times before departure. This is the only complaint we have and it was about the repairman and not the rental agency.

I was not happy that the sheets and towels ordered were not in the house. It took two calls to finally have someone deliver the linens. As it was expensive the linens should have been in the bathroom and the sheets made on the bed.

We had a great time at the O's. We have already booked for next year...that's how much we love Edisto. This is our 6th vacation in Edisto and the 2nd time in the O's. We highly recommend Edisto as your vacation destination and I highly recommend Atwood Rentals to help you with your accomodations.

The pool for this house is awesome especially for small kids. We loved this house and all the high end electronics. We hope to be back next year.
One of the only downsides is the location of the house. It is a very short walk to the beach but beside a loud bar. At night it could be loud.
