2BR + Sleeping Area/1BA -(K, Q, Single Trundle(sleeps 2) ) - Sleeps 6 - Paradise Cottage is a 1940's beach cottage that is cozy and comfortable. Located on the corner of Palmetto Blvd and Murray St you are an easy walk straight across Palmetto Blvd to a beach access. This cottage is perfect for a small family. The screened porch, located on the front of the cottage, has comfortable seating and a table for outdoor dining. You also have distant water views from this area of the home. Enjoy cable TV in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the house. The queen bedroom entry is from the screened porch. The king bedroom is adjacent to the living room. A bath with a shower is accessed from this bedroom. The single trundle(sleeps 2) bedroom is entered from the king bedroom. This room also houses the washer/dryer. There is a door from this room that leads outside on the back of the cottage.

“great little cottage”
I now own this house, it has been completely renovated and is in excellent condition. I wish I could figure out how to remove these terrible reviews and old ,ugly photos.

Response from the manager Please know that Edisto Realty appreciates your business and are certainly sorry to see that you felt the owners of this property have not made necessary maintenance repairs and upgrades. That is why even though this home is across the street from the beach it is priced at such a low rate. The owners had just purchased the house and didn't have an opportunity to do any renovations. The owner currently has the house off market to do some much needed work.

The "Paradise Cottage" is just as you described, small, yet fully stocked and an easy beach access. I will let the owners know about the need for landscaping and sandy spur removal !. I am glad that you had entertainment for your child, but Edisto Realty carries replacement stock for DVD, etc. I will make sure we get a new one in the house. Thank you and come visit us again soon.
