4BR / 2.5BA - K, 2Q, 2D, 3S -Sleeps 13 - This very nice beach front home has wonderful views of the St Helena Sound. You will enter the home into a foyer with the large utility room to the left. There is even an extra fridge here for surplus groceries! To the right is a short hallway with a full bath(tub/shower) and 2 bedrooms. The bedroom facing Yacht Club Rd has a queen size bed(with TV). The bedroom next to this has a double and a single(with TV). A 1/2 bath is conveniently located in the hall as you approach the large living room. Also a door in the hall leads to stairs to the 2nd floor. To the left of the living room are the adjourning kitchen and dining areas. Doors open onto a large screen porch(beach side) from the dining and living room. Rockers and table and chairs are available for relaxing and viewing the Sound. To the right of the living room is the master bedroom. This room has a king size bed, TV, and private bath with a soaking tub and separate vanity area. A small screen porch, with seating, is accessed from this bedroom beach side. A nice deck area sits several steps below the porches.
The second floor is a huge "kids" room with high windows surrounding the entire room for maximum views and sunlight. This room has 2 single beds, a queen, a double, and a TV!
