Villa 109 is a beautiful, modern, first floor Bay Creek Villa featuring great sunset views and adorable accommodations. Sit back and relax on your private covered veranda and soak up the atmosphere. You may want to stay in where you can enjoy a meal prepared in your full kitchen or take a quick trip down to one of the local restaurants. Couples or small families will have plenty of room for fun in the sun. Spend your days on the beach or at the community pool for an evening swim. No Smoking.

The only complaint that we had was that the reception on the television was very sketchy. Comcast came in & ssaid that the entire cable needed to be replaced. We passed this on to Atwood Real Estate.

We have 3 children under the age of 5 and the villa that we rented was just the right amount of space. We love Edisto and this was our first time staying in a villa. Having the linens included was a big help when it came to packing and the pool was great for the kids.

We had a great time in the Villa. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. The pool was a major factor in choosing this property, only to find it closed during the entire stay. It should be stated that the pool is only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. We would have chosen another property close to the beach.

The upstairs property above us was undergoing what sounded like renovations and the noise was terrible. It sounded as if they were going to come through the ceiling. The person(s) started the work late Friday afternoon and most of the night. Saturday morning it ended so we decided not to call the realty company. It began again Saturday afternoon so we called the Realty company but it was already closed. The work continued during Saturday night and early Sunday morning. We called the Realty Company on Sunday as well but it was closed. I was planning on calling the company today about it. My wife is having health problems and we came to the beach to rest and relax. Not much resting was done due to noise.

We had a wonderful, comfortable vacation. When we had a problem with the AC system, the maintenance staff was prompt and courteous getting it fixed. We appreciated their personal concern for our comfort.

Many small details should have been corrected- smoke alarms were malfunctioning,front door knob is very hard to operate,some dishes not clean, WiFi not operational until halfway through our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in 109. However, we originally were going to stay in 118, but it was horrible. The carpets were stained and dirty and the entire place smelled like mildew. It needs new carpet as well as updating and new furniture.
