Just being on Edisto is wonderful. The Bay Creek Villa's are a great location, convenient to everything. Alsways met nice people there. Love the views of the Bay. Would definetly return.

My husband and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary in Edisto. We wanted a relaxing time away from our everyday bustle, keeping in mind that the atmosphere of the lodging would be critical to our enjoyment. We chose to drive up to Edisto for the day a month earlier to see a couple locations that we had found online. Being unsatisfied with these actual locations, we scouted and saw the Bay Creek Villas. This turned out to be a great choice. The Bay Creek Villas is in a very serene environment and our stay was after Labor Day, so we were able to experience a very low-key vacation. The unit was quite roomy and comfortable, as well as being light, and airy with us being able to open the windows and patio doors, allowing the breeze through. The kitchen was well equipped, and the unit was very clean and nicely decorated. After our outings each day, we felt good about coming back to our "home" for the night
Additionally, the check-in/check-out procedures through Atwood Vacations could not have been easier!! Due to the advance arrangements with Atwood, we spent none of our vacation time standing at a counter or waiting in line to set up our lodging arrangements. This was very valuable to us. Our time away is so rare and we cherish every moment. -

We had the perfect condo for the best 180 degree view of the marsha and sound. Weather was great and the condo had everything we needed. My only issue was the hard mattress in the master bedroom. Others were great.Loved the stay and will come again and recommend it to others.

we enjoy staying at bay creek villas for the sunsets, the pool, and watching the boats in the marina. the only thing i would change would be to add taller porch chairs, it's difficult to see over the railing. and allow visitors to use the power sources for the electric golf carts.

FOR 15 YEARS MY COLUMBIA COLLEGE FRIENDS AND I HAVE GONE ON A BEACH TRIP AND THIS WAS OUR FIRST TRIP TO EDISTO AS A GROUP, WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME, ME SOME WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND LOVED THE VIEW FROM OUR DECK AT BAY CREEK.

Property is a bit dated and some minor maintenance issues (all burners on the stove did not work, jetted tub did not work, shower in 1 bathroom did not work) but the location and view made up for it. I'd rent this property again.

Definitely one of the highlights of our year - we always enjoy our Thanksgiving week at Bay Creek Villas. For the past several years, we have stayed at 311 because the views are great. Thanks for another wonderful experience.

The pillows need to be replaced. Luckily someone with us knew how to make the shower work. I was in the tub on my hands and knees trying to figure it out. Give some instructions!!

I am generally not one to complaine, but the condition of the unit at 311 Bay Creek was extremely poor. The unit was run down, out dated and just plain nasty. I wouldn't even walk barefoot on the carpet it was so dirty. The bedding and furnishings badly need replacing and it needs a thorough cleaning. Yes the location and view was great, but the unit was disgusting and not worth the money. We were told that this was a really nice unit by Attwood. We will never trust thier word again and will probably not rent from them again.

Floor plan and space were good. Checkout at 10:00 is too early, and sometimes a late checkout is necessary. There should be more flexibility. The luggage carts were a lifesaver. Great view.

If this had been my first rental through Atwood Realty I'm not certain I would use Atwood again. This unit is in desperate need of TLC...many minor repairs are needed(broken closet doors, bathroom door won't close, cabinet doors falling off)and major deep cleaning. Beds are uncomfortable, not enough pillow, and stained couch.
