This home is situated perfectly for everyone as you are only a 3 minute car ride (1.5 miles) from the beach for those that want to take in the glorious southern sun. All you need is waiting for you. Went with a group of 4 guys. Overall the place worked well for us. Fishing was good off the dock once we figured out what they were biting on (live or frozen shrimp close to dock on bottom; not cut bait). House was clean, but beds, carpet, and other furniture not in the best shape.

The shrimping was a little slack and we did have to call and have the toliet worked on because it was leaking. Over all we enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again.

The house was great and the view was amazing. The only suggestion I would make would be to have some hangers in the closets for clothes and a blanket for the sleeper sofa.
