Hidden at the base of limestone bluffs, the Bluffside is a beautiful two-story home with all you need for a relaxing vacation. The Bluffside will take your breath away with its open living room, dining room and kitchen. These three rooms all flow beneath the high wood ceilings and are highlighted by large windows. The gas fireplace in the living room casts its heat throughout the house. The full kitchen contains a dishwasher, refrigerator, range and microwave. Off the kitchen, a full deck with a gas grill and picnic table waits to be of service.

- Extra Person Charge: Adult - $20 / person - Per-Person Adjustment - Base rate includes 2 people. Applies to all Adults 18 & over beyond the first 2 people in party.
- Additional guests - $20 / person - Per-Person Adjustment - Fee applies to parties of more than 2 guest(s)
- Extra Person Charge: Child - $5 / person - Per-Person Adjustment - Base rate includes 2 people. Applies to all children 17 & under beyond first 2 people in the party.

Additional notes from owner
A 4-nite or more stay is required. During our summer season a week or more stay is required. ** Labor Day weekend and the weekends of Oct. 5th and 12th are at the summer rate. The Bluffside is available for rent from Mid-May through late October.
A 40% deposit is due upon making a reservation.
Cancellation Policy: To obtain a deposit refund you must notify us 60 days in advance of your scheduled arrival. If you must cancel less than the required number of days prior to your arrival, NO refund will be made. For all deposit refunds there is a $25 service charge for each accommodation cancelled.
11% tax: 5% state + .5% county + 5.5% room
