Peace and elegance are two of the highlights of this 50 square meter apartment. It is ideal for singles, couples, or small families with one or two children.

The modern kitchen is equipped w...ith stovetop, baking oven, refrigerator, dishwashing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. It also includes all the necessary tableware, pots, and pans.

The sleeping and living areas share the same room. A king size bed (200 x 200 cm) ensures a comfortable night’s sleep. A sofa bed (190 x 140 cm) accommodates an additional guest. A very large wardrobe is at your disposal. For entertainment, cable TV (with local and international programs) and radio are available.

The apartment also has a bathroom with washing basin, bath tub, and toilet, equipped with hairdryer, make-up mirror, and a washing machine. Towels and toilet paper are provided of course.

The apartment is in a great location, just 200 m from the U1 Candidplatz subway station, with just 5 minutes travel time to the main railway station. The unit is very quiet as it is facing the courtyard. It can accommodate up to three guests (but please note that it has no separate bedrooms!). Relaxing walks along the Isar river are only five minutes away.
Infrastructure
As far as infrastructure is concerned, you can find everything needed in daily life in the immediate vicinity. The subway station Candidplatz (Line U1) is only about a hundred meters away from the apartment. The bus line 52 that goes directly to Marienplatz is just as close.
