Light and space in a modern atmosphere characterize this apartment. This 39 squared meters big apartment is very quiet while looking to the backyard. It can accommodate up to four guests (At...tention: there are NOT two separate bedrooms!). It has an opened modern kitchenette with cooker, oven, fridge, coffe machine, kettle & microwave. The necessary dayly use utensiles for cooking, cutlery, tableware and glassware are provided. Bedroom and livingroom are mixed in the same space, with a king size double bed (200cm x 190cm) and a 190cm x 140cm leather bed-sofa as sleeping furnitures. There is a 32" stereo TV with local an international programs. A DVD player and a stereo system are also available for your entertainment. The apartment has a bathroom with toilet, shower cabine, towels and hair dryer. Parking is free on the streets in the area.
