Description from the owner
A nice studio, very clean, peaceful, quiet, good for a family of up to 4 people. There is one double bed and 2 single beds.
By car you will be only 2 minutes from the beach or to town center,
since you'll stay in the villas area of Eilat.
The studio has airconditioning, a large fridge, cable TV, satellite, a kitchenette with all the things a family needs for cocking and eating, wireless internet access, a large shower room and a toilet.
The studio has access to a 70 square meter private terrace, with sun beds and barbecue. There is also a parking space.
We change sheets twice a week and towels every day.

the rate mentioned is ok.
70 $ per night for 2 persons and 15 $ for each person more.
but there is a possibility that the government will charge a new tax of 18 % in eilat in few months.
if so the rate will be the same plus the new tax. this tax will be in all hotels and all the zimmers in eilat.
