Amdar Village, was built close to the shore of the Red Sea to a high standard of luxury and comfort over the past seven years. The location of Amdar Village is superb. Within five to seven minutes walk you are at the beach, the hotel promenade,the popular pubs and restaurants and at the world famous Red Sea Mall. Eilat's most- loved bargain priced and well stocked supermarket is within 2 minutes walk. And in the summer there is a private family pool right on your own patio (see photo below). This is the way to live while you are in Eilat.

You do not need a car to fully enjoy your vacation when you stay here.
The neighborhood is the closest to the sea, the most upscale, safe and quiet in Eilat facing the villas of the lovely residential Ganim B area. Tenants say that this is THE best place to stay in Eilat.

My husband and I stayed here with our baby daughter, my sister and her boyfriend, and another friend of ours. Bob met us at the apartment and was very helpful in giving us advice on what to do and where to go in and around Eilat. The apartment itself was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. There is a nice large patio and we were able to sit outside to eat, and made good use of the barbecue! It is located within walking distance of Eilat centre. We wish we'd been able to stay longer than we did and will definitely be back.

Accommodation: great value for money and within easy stroll of all Eilat amenities. Bob (Robert) is a wonderful and very helpful person. His apartments are fully equipped, clean and welcoming with personal touches everywhere. The comfort and luxury of this apartment, with outdoor pool, private parking, nearby supermarket, and friendly neighbors, deserves a 5-star rating. Roberts service and easy of booking/paying deserves yet another star. We -- a family of six, will be going back soon!

We stayed at various apartments and hotels while visiting Israel. This one was the most elegant. Bob was very responsive and much better with "instructions" than any of the other apartments we stayed in. His list of "how to" utilize the features of the apartment was the most inclusive and I really appreciated that. The apartment was clean, spacious and warmly inviting. I highly recommend this to any traveler heading for Eilat. The beach and stores are a short walk away. And for any other Gluten Free travelers there is a great pizza shop that sells gluten free pizza that is within walking distance. It is called Pizza Meter (they spell Meter with a backwards E on the sign). It is right across the street from the beach. The pictures on the website do not do this one justice - you have to see it in person!

These rentals are upscale and extremely comfortable. Everything one needs is included. One can park their car outside the unit and relax in the private patio. His units are in the ideal location in Eilat. Within a short walk is tax free shopping, restaurants, the beach, the promenade and luxury hotels. I enjoy seeing the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is totally equipped. The owner is always available to help with any questions. I have rented from Bob Silber for over five years and find him to be very friendly, honest and helpful. His units are superior in lighting and design. He is always interested in making our stay in Eilat a positive experience. I feel so comfortable with Bob: as if I was interacting with a close member of my family. Although within a short walk to everything the villa is peaceful and quiet. It is both a place to unwind and close to all the highlights in Eilat. I always enjoy my time in Bob's Villas.

We stayed in this apartment mid-August 2011. There were three generations of our family travelling throughout Israel together and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all. Bob's apartment is very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked to cook any type of meal. There is a grocery store about a two minute walk from the apartment. We especially enjoyed the pool on the balcony as it was so hot outside. The apartment is located in a residential district about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We always felt safe while staying at the apartment.
The apartment is wired with wi-fi, has two tvs with lots of stations, full kitchen, washing machine, dryer.
We came to Eilat to go to Petra, Jordan and our tour company picked us up at the door of the apartment. It was all very convenient.
Bob was very helpful in making sure our visit was a success and it was! -

First time we have gone for an apartment holiday and not hotel, although we were worried till we arrived it was amazing.
there was nothing in the apartment not thought out in advance, from the BBQ to the pool to the labelling of every electrical product,internet connection, more tv channels then a hotel, and most off all Bobs help and advice with everything, definatley worth a 5 star review!! -

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was everything advertised and more. The location was great - close to everything but in a quiet area. The beds were very comfortable. The patio was perfect to hang out or bbq. The owner was accomodating. Not only will we stay there again, but we are recommending this spot to friends who are traveling to Eilat.

I would absolutely recommend this vacation rental! Bob, the host, gave us valuable information about the area and gave us easy access to the rental. Also, when we thought we may need to extend another night, he was willing to work with us. -

We really liked the apartment.
It was lovely furnished and it had a great patio to hang out at with lots of space for our 2 year old to run around.
There was a gate, that could be locked, so no need to worry and he had great fun to use all the space there was.
There were several items missing for our party of 6 + the little one. But Bob Silber was always available, very helpful and even helped out with items from his own household, so we did not miss anything. -

A spacious apartment with a great view of the Red Sea from the terrace. Clean, modern with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Easy walk into town. Owner couldn't have been more accommadating. Like being in your own town house

It was the nicest vacation rental we have ever had. The place was sunny and near the Sea. We felt Bob was willing to help us with all our questions. An excellent Internet connection. The kitchen was well supplied with everything. Bob is so friendly and helpful. He made us feel like we were part of his family. We have rented from Bob 3 different times and have found him honest and helpful.
