This luxury marina waterfront apartment is located directly in the heart of El Gouna in the famed Super Yacht Marina. In addition to the spectacular views offered, our new 2 bedroom apartment offers all the charm of Egypt with all the modern conveniences.

A fully equipped marble Kitchen including a washing machine, a 32" Samsung LCD TV, DVD/ that plays Dvd's along with Divx, Avi, MP3's and Jpeg photos from your camera as you relax in the evening. Sony Ipod dock with Radio! There are 3 separate zones for the Ducted A/C to offer the ultimate in comfort. There is a Marble bathroom and an additional Marble Ensuite situated in the master bedroom.

Being less than a 5min stroll from the beach, the location is also perfect for Scuba divers and Kite surfers.

From Cairo: 5hrs by road transfer or a 45minute flight from Cairo.

“Villa was not good at all”

I spent 6 day in the villa and there was a lot of troubles there and I didn’t know about and no one inform me about One of living area air condition is not working Plumbing for all bathrooms is not working efficient Many room was droned from one who takes shower Refrigerator is not working good And I told the owner to compensate and she didn’t response will all she did that she sent one to fix the refrigerator and he didn’t do anything And she told me next time if you book with us Iwill make discount I asked her for late charge and to add one extra night and to make me discount She didn’t want to make discount as compensation. And She argues about late check out and finally she told me that late check out suppose to pay 10000 le And only the facility management guy is the one who is very nice and knows all theses things and told I have the right and he was cooporotative with us and told me least thing we can do to give you a late check out And when I talked to him about night fee decrease He told us you have the right but the owner was very aggressive But overall for the site reservation is very nice and easy and cooperative
