Additional notes from owner
Villa is not available between August 15 and September 30. Some single guest rooms may be available. A 20% to 50% deposit is requested for reservations 6 months to 14 days in advance. Within 30 days of arrival total booking amount is requested. There is a 20% cancellation fee prior to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, no refund will be given unless there is a re-booking. The 20% cancellation fee applies. No refunds for nights not used. In some cases, a credit toward future stays may be given but not guaranteed.

Had a great time here. I loved the location: quiet, beautiful gardens, fabulous ocean view from the roof deck (which is really nice, there's a kitchen and you can have breakfast outdoors), and very comfortable - great bed, great shower, tastefully decorated, and Debora (the owner) was a great host, she was very gracious and accommodating.
