Additional Location Information
Casa Arequipa is conveniently located between Taos Plaza and Taos Ski Valley (its north-of-town setting allows you to avoid in-town traffic) making it easy to access all that the Taos area has to offer. With an unlimited variety of activities for those that love the out-of-doors, history, art, music and great food, there is something for everyone!
Legend has it that an Incan leader exclaimed 'ari quepay' (Yes, let's stop here in Quechuan) when he found just the right place to live...and so the city of Arequipa, Peru, was born. We felt the same way when we found Casa Arequipa and hope you will as well, making our home your home for all your visits to Taos.
