La Maison d'Eleonore (pronounced "Lah Mayzone Delay-Oh-Nor") is a delightfully quaint and charming 1200 sq ft mountain cabin decorated with a "modern European" decor. You won't find another cabin that has both the "rustic" feel of a true cabin and the "luxury" feel of a modern cabin with a taste of France! Located in the heart of the Coosawattee River landscape with an amazing view, La Maison offers, wifi, gas log fireplace, flatscreen TV's and lots of outside lounging accessories. Upon arrival the home had not been cleaned and we could not contact anyone. I left a message with the management company and they sent the cleaning folks the next day. So we spent the first day cleaning the place so we could get comfortable. I always say "If I'm begging, I'm not paying. If I'm paying I'm not begging.' I paid good money and all I received was "We're Sorry." They could have refunded the first day or just paid my family for cleaning the place.

Thanks for your response. We again apologize profusely for the housekeeping fail. As a reminder, we ask Guests to call our After-Hours emergency number if there is any problem whatsoever after our normal business hours, as we were unaware of the problem until we retrieved the message from the reservations voicemail the next business day and immediately sent a housekeeping contractor to fix the problem. Upgraded processes have since been implemented to safeguard against housekeeping contractor scheduling mix-ups. We hope you can try us again in the future.

The cabin was beautiful and clean!! The furnishings are very comfortable, and we wouldn't change a thing! We also enjoyed spending time at the nearby recreation center.

The cabin is fairly close to atlanta and has nice privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and plenty of room for two couples or a family. Hot Tub has a good view and privacy. Screened in porch area is nice.

I took my wife to the cabin for our aniversary.The cabin was beautiful inside and out. The area is beautiful! Every time we drove to the cabin or away from the cabin we saw deer running around. I never thought I would say this, but I love north Goergia. We loved it so much we are thinking of buying a cabin in the area or atleast going back often! There was not one thing that was not great!
Setting up the cabin was easy and Cherall ( not sur of the spelling) the office was wonderfyll.
I do not normally review things or talk this highly about many things, but I loved it.
