This cabin was Devine. Love the peacefulness of the surroundings? only had a couple of concerns which were in the basement. But once I figured out a way to keep them out i was great. Didn't see any wildlife like I wanted too. But the bed slept great. Stress reliever mountain retreat. Will be going back soon.
Kitchen had all of the utensils , pack your spices however and iron.
I give it a 4 stars. Still

Absolutely beautiful home. Comfortable and cozy, yet elegant. Very well-supplied. Everything we needed was there and then some. Enjoyed shopping and the apple Festival in Ellijay. Will definitely refer all my friends to this lovely and convenient rental home.

The cabin was very clean an ready for us when we arrived.Chris Jaswa was very helpful when booking our stay.The cabin was great because it was so secluded.We were able to relax an enjoy the mountains an the wildlife.On two occasions we saw wild turkeys near the cabin.We spent alot of time with family that lives in Georgia in the game room playing pool.That was cool we all had fun.The road to the cabin was a little steep at some places.We are use to flat land in Louisiana.I would highly recommend this cabin for a vacation.

... as a matter of principle but, I'll give the experience at Closer to Heaven the next best: "Very Good".
It is worth mentioning the fact that Chris was very gracious in making sure we were pleased. I will recommend Mountain Memories Cabins to anyone looking for a nice vacation rental. We were not only impressed with the cabin itself but also the service exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful home...thanks for sharing your home away from home with us. We enjoyed our stay. Made homemade peach icecream, grilled steaks one night & hamburgers one night, cooked a big breakfast two morings (complete with homemade biscuits),enjoyed our meals on the spacious deck, had many restful hours of relaxing & watching tv in the living room and most of all I enjoyed the jetted tub in the Master bedroom. On the negitive side...we didn't ever figure out "the gate." Although we were very lucky, someone was always coming out when we needed to get in. All in all our trip was amazing...the wildlife...the creeks...the lakes...our stay at Closer to Heaven!!

The cabin was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed in it, even down to dish soap. The check in/check out process was very easy and we enjoyed our stay.
