Delightful cabin on the Coosawatee River! Enjoyed the fireplace and the view of the river. The location was very remote and took quite awhile to get to the cabin from the entrance. The cabin was fully equipped and ready for anyone to make it home for a few days. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the river was just a blast!
There was a squirrel that usually woke up about 4 a.m. each morning and scurried across the tin roof in the master bedroom upstairs. He would then play and jump around on the deck and roof outside the master. Once we knew his routine, we got use to sleeping through his night time outing.
We visited in winter, but would love to come back in Spring or Summer. There were deer everywhere and they never flinched if they saw a car or a person. The bears were no where to be seen --- I guess they were hibernating for the winter. However, one of the residents told us that they are around the area.
Highly recommend this spot for a nice vacation getaway. Thanks to the owners for sharing your lovely cabin with us for a few days.

This is our second time at this exact cabin and we will definitely be back! The pictures seriously do not do this place justice. Everyone loves it here! The hot tub is idyllic and the sound of the river flowing is so peaceful. I want to buy this place! It's great!

This cabin was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The river right outside was so relaxing and the fire pit made perfect s'mores! We went to the apple Festival which was very close, saw alot of deer, relaxed in the hot tub, grilled steaks for dinner. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others!

The five star rating is for the cabin itself. The house is beautiful, the hot tub is under a porch, so there's no worrying about being rained on, etc. Every kitchen utensil you'll need is provided already.
My only real complaint was the directions you receive after you book the place. They weren't very clear, some of the roads were misnamed on the directions, but once you find your way, it's a great, cozy little cabin.
We didn't stay long enough to enjoy all of the amenities, but we did enjoy the tennis courts, and the main rec center for it's ping pong and pool tables. (Directions to these were also, to put it bluntly, awful.)
But as far as the cabin goes, beautiful little house, nice fireplace, beautiful riverside views, we loved the place and didn't want to leave. -

This was a lovely cabin with good views of the river, very relaxing and quiet. Hot tub was wonderful. Would be a nice place to visit in the Fall of the year, we really enjoyed our stay.

The Cabin was very clean, and had everything you needed. We saw many many deer and we really enjoyed the privacy. the river was awesome the only downside was that we could not actually get into the river, it woud have been nice to have access into it and the upstairs bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. But other that that it was fabulous!!

The pictures of this place do not do it justice! It is beautiful on the inside and the sound of the running water in the river can always be heard, making for such a peaceful retreat. I can't recommend this place highly enough and we will definitely be returning!
