Beautiful "real log" cabin. There are two bedrooms, one up, one down, both with queen beds. There is also a queen bed and a futon upstairs in the loft over looking the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances, 3 high def TV's, WIFI, gas fireplace and a rocking chair front porch.
The cabin furniture is all being delivered mid December 2012. Everything is new and clean. Beautifully decorated for that "cabin" feeling, of course a bear theme, the details will surprise you. All of the amenities of Coosawattee River Resort are yours to enjoy as well.

CANCELLATION FEES: Anytime prior to 30 days before your check-in date: $25.00 Administrative Fee Cancellations 15-30 days before check-in: $100.00 fee Cancellations 14 days or less before check-in: $ 250.00 deposit is forfeited entirely. No Shows are subject to the entire rental fee in their rental agreement. Cancellation policy also applies to last minute bookings. Sorry, No Exceptions to this policy, as we may have had to turn someone else away to book this Cabin for you
PLEASE READ ~ Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver REQUIRED:
Mountain Memories Cabin Rentals requires a $300 refundable security deposit with each reservation OR a $30 non-refundable damage waiver which will cover UP TO $200 in repair/replacement of damaged items at the rental unit. If guest elects to pay the damage waiver and damages exceed $200, renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged property. If guest elects to pay the refundable security deposit, it will be refunded within 72 hours of departure cleaning if no damage occurred. Please call our office at (706)-698-6867 if you have any questions about the security deposit or damage waiver.

The 3 Bears Cabin was fantastic. We enjoyed our weeks stay. It was very quiet and rustic yet had all the modern conveniences. We had a small issue with the fireplace working but they came right out and fixed it. Would definetly stay here again.

We enjoyed the cabin...
Very very nice and super clean. Area was very nice. One thing we did notice and we know you might not have any control of if was the cabin to thee left of our cabin had quite a few vehicles ( Boats etc ..) parked outside and was not a good sight especially when you are in a nice cabin."kind of an Eye Sore..."

Working on that eye sore, and completely agree. Three Bears is in a very fine gated community with some rather strict design rules, hoping comments like this will help us get the one problem cleaned up.
