Angel's Overlook Cabin is a fantastic getaway for the whole family. With a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this well-appointed cabin offers all of the modern conveniences of home and a hot tub for the weary adventurer.
The main level living room offers seating for up to 7 with a large sectional sofa and chair. Curl up next to the rock fireplace with that special someone. The main level bedroom is a queen and a full bathroom is only steps away.

Mountain Memories Cabins requires a $300 refundable security deposit with each reservation OR a $30 non-refundable damage waiver which will cover UP TO $200 in repair/replacement of damaged items at the rental unit. If guest elects to pay the damage waiver and damages exceed $200, renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged property. If guest elects to pay the refundable security deposit, it will be refunded within 72 hours of departure cleaning if no damage occurred. Please call our office at (706)-698-6867 if you have any questions about the security deposit or damage waiver.

The cabin is amazing, we had a good time the kids enjoyed it. Wished it had snowed early in the week instead of the last night. But the littles ones enjoyed it all the same.

The cabin was very clean and well furnished as described on web site. Liked the jetted master tub, hot tub, and fidelity. Lay out of cabin is excellent lots of room for family with children. Cabin is bright and inviting.Easy directions. Chris is excellent in responding to questions and needs. I would recommend this cabin to my family and friends. Thank you.

First, the service was excellent. Chris was flexible, friendly, responsive, and professional. The cabin was also all that it looked to be on the website. What was a little strange and misleading, however, was the fact that the cabin advertised a gym and swimming pool in this "resort". In fact, when reading the website, it was one of the main advertising techniques. We saw no signs to direct us to these swimming pools and gym. When I called and asked Chris, he said he "thought" there was one there, and gave me very vague and confusing directions. We wasted quite a bit of time driving to find it. It simply was not there. (?!?!?!?!) The only thing we found was a "primitive lake" - which was exactly that. We were frustrated and felt cheated. Other than that, we had a great time.

You are truly in the mountains here and yes there are two pools and gym, I have seen them. It is easier to leave the community and come in a different gate to get to them, I tried to give a short cut which apparently was the confusing part. The directions we send out to the cabin do include directions to the facilities, that is why we always say bring our directions and dont rely on GPS or Google maps

Nice spot. Great view. Nice deck. Couch on main floor was filthy. We expected the cabin and deck to be cleaner...especially with such a high cleaning fee. if they want you to start a load of laundry (even with the high cleaning fee) then they should have some laundry soap available. The closest store is a 30 min drive.

Rather than remove a review that wasn't perfect we will learn from it. Yes the closest store is a bit of a drive, more like 10 miles. The couch has been cleaned, promise. : )
