We rented 1304 for a month for my mother to stay and it was fabulous - right on the beach perfect location to stores and beautifully decorated! I would reccommend this unit to anyone and we even booked it for next year for 2 months!

the condo was great. Bedroom was very large and the kitchen was nice and well stocked. We always stay at Queen's Court and have been for about 9 years. It is full of friendly people and is very wheel chair friendly as well.

This condo was very clean, and had all the kitchen equipment necessary for a comfortable stay. Only minor problem was a front stove burner that didn't work. The second bedroom was a bit smaller than we expected, but not a problem since we only used the room for an extra t.v. We would definitely rent this unit for future visits. The ocean views are positively superb, and the location worked well for us. Also glad the complex had elevators!

I decided at the last minute to stay on the island after a family vacation. I booked this condo with 2 days notice and it and Emerald Isle Realty were terrific. They got me in early since I had already cleared out of the last place and housekeeping found and saved a package I left behind when I checked out.
My only complaint was no WiFi in the apartment and the connection in the Party Room was bad. A cheap modem in the apartment would take care of that.

Queens court, as a condo, is phenomenal! The grounds are expansive and wonderfully landscaped with lots of places to sit, relax, and enjoy time with your family. Our unit, 1304, was just steps from the elevator which helped when unloading the supplies for the condo.
The condo had beach views from both the main living area and the master bedroom; of which each had a private balcony. The unit was clean and extremely well stocked; it everything you would need for a stay at the beach (except a blender- bring your own if you want one). The rental company provided ample linens for our stay - we truly wanted for nothing and would definitely stay there again. It was truly wonderful. -

The condo was nice enough. The carpet was dirty, and some of the furniture needs updated. The ocean view was nice, and the area is peaceful and lovely. I would stay there again, just would want a more updated condo.

It has become a family tradition for us to be here every summer, now. Close to the beach, pool, volleyball court, amusements, restaurants, & shopping. Love it!,

2009 represented our 21st year coming to Queen's Court, Emerald Isle, NC. We have always rented in the Oceanfront Building, Victoria. Coming to EI, and staying at Queen's Court, is like having a second home in heaven. If as a vacationer, you are looking for the opportunity to experience the beach in every way -- the sand, the surf, the sounds, and most importantly, the goregous sunlight, Queen's Court is the place! It is family-oriented, friendly (we now know the year round homeowners on a first name basis,) very safe, and extraordinarily peaceful. The property is excellently managed. In each of the 21 years we have been visiting, there are always improvements. This year, the upgrades to the walkway to the beach were much appreciated. The only problems we have ever encountered were extremely small ones. For instance, one of the burners on our stove was not working this year. Using the same location for so many years, we notice little things like the washer and dryer aging, the dishwasher aging, and depending on the cleaning crew, the condo is not always as spotless as it has been in previous years. However, the staff at Emerald Isle Reality is superb! They respond to our requests for corrections in a matter of minutes if anything needs repaired. Emerald Isle Reality and the EI community at large is "the" exemplary model for customer service that should be replicated in vacation communities everywhere. 1304 Queen's Court is an extremely special place to myself and my family where true and lasting happiness grows in our hearts and burns brightly long after we leave. We are especially grateful for the opportunity to share in its many blessings for two weeks every year! We are already counting down to next year with that wonderful sense of anticipation we have always experienced.

1.first let me tell you i understand that many people rent these units and don,t repect the property.
i had some issues.
1.i reported on monday that the kitchen stove front burner didn,t work.i called three times for some one to fix it no one ever showed up.
2. i returned from the beach to find the owner in the unit he had no business being their i rented the unit from you not him.
3. the window blind in the back bed room was finally fixed on wed reported on monday.
4. the owner must have purchasd the kitchen cook ware and dishes from a yard sale not good.
5. chair in master bedroom was broken i might add it was the only chair.
6.upon entering the elevator on two occasions i was almost bitten by to seperate dogs i guess owners are allowed to have their dogs with them not wanting to be dog food i had to take the stairson both occasions.no problem.
with this benig said i think we should be compensated for the kitchen stove ,broken chair and bad cook ware and dishes.
now the good part.
weathe was great.i have visited emril island many times and will continue to do in the future and have stayed a queens court on several occasions but am very hesitant to rent their again.

I'm sorry the condo did not live up to your expectations. You are correct, many guests do not respect vacation homes and it's not fair for those who vacation after them. I'm very sorry that we did not fix that stove eye while you were here, I am showing in our records that we had to contact the manufacture of the stove to get the part. You should have been kept inform of this, I'm very sorry that you were not. That eye has been repaired since your departure.
We stress to our owners not to visit their homes when guests are there vacationing, as you can see we can't always keep them out nor do they let us know when they plan on visiting. I'm not sure why he was there other than to look at the stove or any other issues that might have been reported. I understand how alarming this was.
We process all of our work orders by priority, meaning that we take care of emergencies, leaks & non working major appliances first. I'm sorry that it took longer than you expected to get that blind fixed, I hope it wasn't too much of an inconvenience to you or your family.
I have informed my refurbishment team to visit this condo so that we can take care of the issues that you have brought to our attention, thank you for this valuable feedback!
Yes, owners are allowed to bring their own pets to condo complexes. We, as the property managers understand how frustrating this can be to our vacationing guests. Emerald Isle Realty strives to make all of our owners aware of the consequences of bringing a pet to a non-pet friendly home. I'm happy to read that you were not a snack for anyone's dog the week you were here!

We stayed at 1304 Queens Court. It was a beautiful facility, well maintained, close to the pool, and beach. Great ocean view. Close to area shopping & eateries.
The dishwasher does have a very corroded element in the bottom, that puts grainy sediment on all of your dishes & glasses, making you have to hand-wash all items. It needs to be replaced before someone else stays there. Part of the fun of a beach get-away is getting away from doing dishes. Condo unit was a little run down, not the nicest we have stayed at (we visit every year). Public access next to the complex created a crowded beach. A surfing competition over the weekend had scaffolding and speaker system set up on the beach which began playing loud music and announcements at 0700am, waking our small children that had been up late the evenings before. Plus side - beach access from the complex was great and the outdoor showers were nice for rinsing off. It was nice to have a pool at the unit for when the beach got overcrowded or the sand started blowing. Emerald Isle Realty makes checking in and out a breaze. BIG NEGATIVE was dinner at Ballyhoo's - lost our food order, served uncooked food even after being sent back, couldn't get drink re-fills while we waited - hands down the worst restaurant I have ever been to (and I'm not picky). Bushwacker restaurant has long wait but is worth it. Good food and service. Lover Rucker Johns and Flipperz restaurants. Wings has all the souvenirs uou could want.

Although it was windy and cloudy the week I spent at the beach, it was still wonderful to be there. As the storm approached I took long walks on the beach enjoying the waves, and when the rains came, it was comfortable to be inside the rental looking out on the stormy seas. If you didn't want to stay indoors, there is a covered patio area between the building and the beach, and I enjoyed meeting and conversing with other guests while relaxing on the patio. There were also plenty of local shops and restaurants in the area. Emerald Realty made me feel like a special guest while making my reservation, and couldn't be more helpful. They also offer information on local activities and events that are going on during your stay. No complaints, and I can't wait until the next time.

We like that it is all very handicapped friendly. My wife can lay on the beach and still be close to me because I am in a wheelchair. The people we met there are friendly and make us keep coming back.

We spent a wounderful week at queens court and as always we had a great and wounderful
time.Wish that we could live there.
Emerald isle Realty was great .We just had a
little baby girl and had arrived there a little early,called and ask if there was any way we could get in earlybecause it was so hot and we didnt want to get her in the heat .They checked for us and said the house had done been cleaned and we could come by and pick up the keys.They was so helpful with us telling us where places was that we didnt know where they were.
Will recomend them to any body.

The view was very important to me because my 2 sons stayed with us and
there are no beaches close to their base. the condo was roomy with a nice
layout. there was construction going on from 7:00 until 5:00,monday thru
friday beside our room at the motel next door. also the dryer took 2
hours to dry towels. the kitchen was well equipped but the knives were
very dull. this was minor stuff and we really enjoyed being so close to
the beach and having our family with us.i do wish the price could have
been lower even though we got the military

We enjoy Emerald Isle as a family-friendly destination. This apartment is close to the beach and has room for our family of 4. While they advertise it for 6, that would be very tight. The property could use better up keep, especially the bathrooms and the kitchen implements, but if you want something close to the beach for a small family, it is a good choice.
