A103 was very nice and good location. The staff at Pebble Beach was very nice and helpful. Met wonderful people and it was very good accomadations. Would stay again.

We had the rain which could not be helped. The condo was great as far as the location and the condo it self.
Rooms were good size. The washer did not spin out good and there were some leaky looking spots on the ceiling of the front bedroom with the queen size bed. I have no complaints at all. Will be checking with you later as in late February and early March when Colton is returning from his deployment. We will need a place closer to atlantic Beach- either 3 bedroom house or condo. our stay was good, did not like the tiki hut check in, was not very organized at all! maintenance was in our condo without notice delivering two large industrial fans on friday! why could this not wait until monday morning? this was a very nice condo to stay in at pebble beach, location and cleanliness was great!

Carrying things to the beach was easier as this condo is quite close to the shore; it helped that we had such good weather (early in the season).
The mattresses were comfortable so we slept well (always a "plus" when on vacation).
Being close to shops was nice, and the increase of decent eating establishments and the pier was helpful.
The only "down" sides of our trip included a dishwasher which didn't/couldn't rinse properly, Island Linen service which didn't respond to our call regarding an ill-fitting twin sheet in a timely manner, and having a "fickle" hot water heater.
To make up for those, though, we had the opportunity to recylce and a pretty view.

We gladly would have come out to service the dishwasher, had you let us know. I have submitted a request for maintenance on this item. I'm sorry to hear about the fluke with the linen service. I am happy that got resolved but am sorry to know you had to wait.

We spent a month at Pebble Beach a 103 and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. It was family friendly and comfortable place to stay. The weather was gorgeous and just listening to the ocean at night falling asleep made it more spectacular. We have been coming to Emerald Isle for over 20 years and have rented thru Emerald Isle Realty for most of that time. I can honestly say that it has been a very pleasant experience, and whenever we had an issue, it was dealt wivery timely and with professionalism.
Whenever I am asked for a real estate in the area, I always recommend EIR. -

Emerald Isle is a great family oriented area with clean beaches. Pebble Beach condos have a clean pool area and easy beach access. The grounds are well kept. Our condo was in need of updating and better cleaning service. Plumbing needed fixed during our stay.

Thank you for your review. Pebble Beach does provide a wonderful location and nice amenities. A103 is an easily accessible condo as it is on the first level.
I am sorry that you experienced some plumbing concerns in the master bath. I am happy that we were able to address and repair these during your stay, within 24 hours of you reporting the problems. Had you let us know that you didn't feel the condo was clean when you arrived, we would have happily sent housekeeping to clean more efficiently.

Place was clean on arrival. Good view of pool, but not much view of the Ocean because of the dunes. Wireless Internet signal was weak. Other then that, place was great. Plenty of space, well equiped and a good location. We had a great time.

Enjoyed the accomodations at Pebble Beach A103, it was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the condo is not good at all hardly enough to get shampoo out of your hair. I called maint. on 7/21 but never got a call or they never came by. The screens on the patio doors were off track on all doors.
In the description of the condo it said limited oceanview which was very true, you had to stand at just the right spot on the deck to get a glimpse of the water. I think this is misleading.
Little bit inconvenient having to walk around condo to pool and beach when you had a deck on the side facing pool and beach.
What we liked best - Being on the Emerald Isle end with easy access to other things to do, grocery store and restaurants.
Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
Like the easy check-in and check-out that Emerald Isle Realty provides. -

Really enjoyed staying in this unit. It was very well equiped and very clean. Would have liked to be higher up to see ocean. Would stay in it again. Had a maintance problem. Called and someone came in a short period of time to correct problem.

Our family enjoyed a nice long weekend at this condo. It was large enough for 6 people and right on the beach. The pool was nice also. I'd definitely stay here again. What better way to relax than on the beach?!
