FEATURES:Oceanfront and oceanside condominiums. Convenient beach access, outside shower, outdoor pools with changing rooms, tennis courts, basketball goal, elevators in A, D, & E buildings, washers/dryers by pool between B & C, outdoor grills. Two parking spaces per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets.
3 BR, 2 1/2 B. Q * Q * 2S. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Triple Sheeted Beds. MBR with Q, private bath and ocean views. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 cable TVs with DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access. Private balcony with porch furniture. Panoramic ocean and sunset views. Oceanfront, end unit. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets.
The tennis courts are currently under repair by the HOA with no ETA for a completion date, at this time.
At this time the pool area is closed until further notice based on the requirements of the governor’s executive order and the state interim guidelines for the reopening of public pools in North Carolina.
Additional amenities include: gold rating, internet provided, saturday turn day, triple sheeted no worries bedding

I'm so sorry to hear that you experienced maintenance issues with the air conditioning and washing machine and were disturbed by those service calls and then a showing of the property. Please call us any time you are dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property you've chosen to rent. Our housekeeping department will happily send someone out to clean more efficiently. As for the glassware and such becoming stained by the hard water, when visiting try using a rinse agent along with your normal dish detergent. Tang drink mix actually works really well to alleviate dishes of the cloudy build up. Thank you again for your feedback.
