Westwind was the beach house you envision when you think of a beach vacation. The owners put a lot of thought into our needs and supplied everything needed for a home away from home (and more). Very convenient to the grocery store, gas stations and little shops that cater to the needs of the island. Ei Realty was very accomodating to our needs. Susan worked with me to find the house I needed. I can understand why they are rated #1. I think the most important thing to say is "it felt like home" and I didn't want to leave.

Location, location, location. Great location. Good sized kitchen which was very important for us. Ei Realty was very good and easy to deal with. The house is older but comfortable. Simple house without a lot of amenities but the location makes up for this being able to roll out of bed and be on the beach. Only real drawback was when we first arrived definitely smelled like an older place. We would definitely come back here again and would recommend this house to friends.

Everything was great. Haven't been there for a few years and we really enjoyed the stay. The only thing that could be better would be to have better chairs on the porch. The chairs were too low and you couldn't really see out over the railing on the deck. Rocking chairs would be great. Also the lower deck needed the dirt and grass cleaned out so it could be used. Other than than a great time.

Emerald Isle Realty is well organized, very courteous, and caters to the traveler. Check in is efficient, the rental property clean, and ready for the next renters in an efficient manner.The home we rented was adequate, but has seen better days. Very disappointed that no grill included with the property.

I am happy to know that you enjoyed the beach. You certainly did have fantastic weather! I'm sorry you were disappointed that a grill wasn't included with your rental. You can add either a gas or a charcoal grill to any property that doesn't include one. Please ask us about this when booking again.

We have our family reunion the first weekend of October every year. This home filled all our needs. Very clean house with all the comforts of home!!
I would recommend this home to anyone and will try to come back when I can.
