Decks, small pool, 2 dishwashers were most welcome. Beach access is very good and ocean view is good. Kitchen missing a large bowl and tongs for grilling but knives and dinnerware were fine. Lower level sofa had live and dead bugs behind and under it. Toilet paper, paper towels were scanty. A recycling container is much needed; trash containers were adequate. Tvs and WiFi were fine. One housekeeping and one service call were not answered promptly and the service call (birdnest in the main clothes dryer rendering it inoperable) had a 24 hour delay before resolution.
Overall we were pleased and would consider renting again. -

The kitchen utensils need to be checked for cleanliness. House needed spraying for ants and waterbugs. More adequate kitchen equipment for house this size. Better response from realty company for problems encountered.

It is true that pests such as you mentioned are prevalent in our area due to our warm climate and dense vegetation. Because of this our properties are treated regularly to keep bugs at bay but occasionally an additional treatment is required. I'm happy we were able to schedule this during your stay to alleviate the bugs so they didn't bother you during your entire stay. As for needed kitchen items, we do have some things on hand that we're happy to loan to you during your stay so please let us know if you don't find everything you need or would like to have at your rental home.

I can not think of one negative thing to say about this house. The layout was
perfect for our needs with ages ranging from 4 months to 81 years. The
elevator was a godsend. The only thing that could improve was the water
pressure which Im sure is not great all over the island.
I would recommend this house to family and friends.The linen service is an
unbelievable asset when traveling from out of state. Saves hauling and tons of
dirty laundry at the end of vacation. I hope to be able to afford it again next
summer.

We had 7 adults and 6 children stay and there was plenty of room. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. I was very happy with the beach access since we were dragging so much stuff for the kids. It was right across the street from the house - very close. Also the views were incedible with so many balconies to choose from. I loved the hardwood floors too! I highly recommend this house!

Great home! We came by this home by accident. We had originally reserved another home on Emerald Isle, but unfortunately the owners requested it that week. Emerald Isle Realty was great in finding us a replacement home. It turned out to be much better than the one we originally reserved. Being that it is a new home, it was very clean and well stocked. We had a lot of kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. They really enjoyed the pool! Easy access to the beach which came in handy with our 3 year old. Wonderful view from the top balcony. We spent every morning rocking on the balcony, drinking coffee and watching for dolphins. I highly recommend this house for large families.
