Two master bedroom suites (one with whirlpool tub, one with garden tub). Ground level bonus room with B; rec room with entertainment center, large screen TV, full-standing dartboard and bar with icemaker. Hot tub on deck adjoining rec room. Reverse floor plan offering exceptional ocean views from bedrooms, rooftop loft and third floor great room with TV and DVD player. Elevator to third level. Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators (1 in laundry closet), 2 icemakers, 8 cable TVs (Apple AirPlay in LR and rec room), 3 CD/DVD players (Blu-ray in rec room), wireless high speed Internet access, gas fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Handicap friendly bathroom on lower level (not ADA approved). Covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Professionally decorated and landscaped. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets. 102 Live Oak Street.

“High Hopes needs TLC”
Great house in a great location. The house just needs some TLC. Paint and stain is badly needed on the decks and railings.

“Lovely”
This house is great for a large/extended family because of the many common areas. Lots of space. Only drawback is the path to the beach - hard to navigate with beach chairs, tent, etc...

I'm sorry you were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. I did see that at check out, you reported the issue of the comforters having blood on them. This, along with the general cleanliness of High Hopes has been taken care of. Thank you for letting us know but in the future, please let us know of these things during your stay so we can correct them for you. We don't want anything to spoil your vacation and could have easily resolved the cleaning issues during your stay, without disrupting your vacation and family time.
