Heated pool is available for an additional $500 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). One level living with panoramic ocean views from the hexagonal great room. Bamboo and ceramic tile flooring throughout. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 cable TVs, 2 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, wood burning stone fireplace, ceiling fans. Spiral stairs to observation room. Decks with porch furniture, rockers and picnic table. Gas grill, two hot/cold outside showers (one enclosed), garage. Situated on a quiet, dead-end street. Weekly only. Available year 'round. No smoking. No pets. 6811 Ocean Drive. *Exterior lift elevator not for guests use.

“Circle of friends”
Lots of things were damaged and the kitchen was unorganized and lacking the necessary dishes for 12 people. Very disappointing.

It pleases me to know that you enjoyed your stay, and I am happy to let you know that the kitchen in Circle of Friends has been completely redone. During your next stay you will enjoy freshly repaired and painted cabinets, new granite countertops, a new sink and faucet, new stainless steel appliances, new lighting, and a new pantry. New wood ceiling have been added in the living and dining rooms, carpet on the spiral staircase was replaced with wood, the cupola area now has a storage cabinet and desk, as well as new flooring and a wood ceiling. Response from the manager Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am happy to let you know that the kitchen in Circle of Friends has been completely redone! The recent refurbishment included cabinet repairs - painting and new hardware, countertops have been replaced with granite, a new sink and faucet, appliances were upgraded to stainless, a pantry has been added, and light fixtures were replaced. Additionally, the ceiling and beams in the living and dining rooms are now all wood, the carpet on the spiral staircase has been replaced with wood, and the cupola area has a new wood ceiling, new flooring, and a storage cabinet and desk were added.
