Heated pool is available for an additional $500 per week. Two master bedroom suites each with K (one with whirlpool tub); all BRs have baths. Second living area. Elevator to all levels. Dishwasher, 2 washer/dryers, 6 cable TVs including 70” flat screen with surround sound on main floor and 55” flat screen on second floor, Netflix, 2 DVRs, 2 Blu-ray DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, gas fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Free long distance in the Carolinas. Reverse floor plan. Covered decks with porch furniture including rockers, gas grill, outside shower. Beautiful ocean and sound views. Professionally landscaped. Easy beach access; public sound access across street. Three-night minimum. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets. 203 Emerald Drive.

I am sorry to hear of the maintenance concerns you experienced during your vacation, and while I understand that these things regrettably marred your experience with our company, I do hope you and your family were able to enjoy your time together in Emerald Isle and make lasting memories from your vacation. I did review our maintenance records to ensure that action has been, or is being, taken on each of the matters you reported during and after your stay. I assure you that most items were resolved on the day they were reported and those which were not are being handled by the owner who has been made aware of your concerns. I am sure you understand that vacation homes, like full-time residences, do require ongoing preventative maintenance as well as occasional reactive maintenance. While beyond our control, it is unfortunate that you experienced maintenance concerns during your stay, and I do again apologize for the detraction of your enjoyment of the property.
