Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 flat screen cable TVs with premium channels, DVR, wireless turbo Internet access, garden tub, water softener, ceiling fans. Ceramic tile flooring in dining area, kitchen and baths; granite countertops in kitchen. Deck with porch rockers and picnic table. Large deck with seating areas close to dunes. Additional picnic table under carport. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower. No smoking. No pets. 515 Ocean Drive.
This property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Monthly rates do not include pool/hot tub.
September & October $7,800; November – March $3,800; April $5,800; May $8,800.
