This house had great beach access and beautiful ocean views! It was very comfortable with wonderful living space. Our biggest complaint was the dishwasher. It did not clean at all, and the dishes were disgusting as a result. We would definitely stay here again, but only if the dishwasher is replaced first. Overall, the house was comfortable, had lots of open and roomy space. The pool was great. Beautiful beach and sound views! Perfect location.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you experienced with the dishwasher. The water on our island can contribute to dirty dishes after the cycle, but this can be remedied by adding a rinse agent such as Lemi-shine or even Tang drink mix with your normal detergent. I'll ask our housekeeping department to run this through a cycle and see if that remedies the issue. Thank you for letting us know of this problem so we can work to resolve it.

I loved the layout and overall feel of the house. It is across the street from the ocean and you can see over the one story house in front. Overall the house was clean. The cleanliness was dinged because the dishwasher does not clean the dishes. There were mugs in the cabinet that used to be white that were brown. We called the Realty to fix it and a man came out to take a look. He suggested running the hot water before turning on the dishwasher. Also, we purchased some Cascade (versus generic). The dishwasher still did not clean the dishes so we ended up cleaning everything by hand. I would look into a new dishwasher with a heavy duty filter to help with the hard water. One minor issue is that the king beds did not have lamps on both sides. Both adult couples like to read at night without an overhead light. If a new dishwasher was purchased, I would consider renting again. Also, it would be nice to have a beach toy cabinet. There was no sand bucket to be found.

The house was great for our family. Steps were wide and OK. Kitchen was perfect. View was fabulous from the great room and decking! Pool was fun. All really wonderful...except the steep driveway and parking of 4 vehicles. Yes I would recommend it to others...younger folks would handle the climb better than we did.

Blue Shores Cabana was well equipped for our family and the views of both the ocean and sound were wonderful. The swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained.
As former beach house owers we sympathized with the owner regarding the state of the MBR carpet. It needs to be replaced due to careless tennent staining. Cleanliness overall was excellent. Several of us have severe allergeries and the house was in such good condition that none of us had problems while we stayed. The hardwood floors were beautiful and in great condition.
Blue Shores is a good home to relax in with plenty of space. The walk to the beach is but a short distance. -

We loved the house. Very well maintained and great layout of rooms. We loved being able to have a great view of the ocean without being right on it. The walk to the beach was nice and short with our kids. We liked the quietness of the beach and was not really crowded. Didn't use the pool as much but it was nice to have one at the house when we did get a chance.

Great house for a vacation with a large number of teenagers.
The floor plan of the home allowed the parents to have a peaceful area upstairs while the teenagers ruled the bottom two floors. Good access to the beach and awesome views of the ocean and waterway from the house. -

This was a family vacation. My husband and I, our three children, their spouses and children. We have not had a family vacation in 25 years. We all had a great time. The house was very nice.

This was s great house. It was well decorated and clean, aside from some bad carpet stains. Our only complaints would be the lack of a second refrigerator and the day we awoke to NO WATER! There was an issue with the sprinkler system. Someone came right out to fix it. The views from this home are amazing and it is an easy walk to the beach. I would rent it again, even though it is expensive!

This home is so beautiful. The views are amazing. Every bedroom has a private bath. The pool is just the perfect size. Waking up and walking out to the many balconies overlooking the pool and the ocean was just an amazing way to start every day.
We had a few issues with the appliances during our 2 week stay, but the owner and EI Realty took such great care of things and the appliances were replaced.
We have been vacationing on EI for almost 20 years. We have rented many homes before. Blue Shore Cabana is simply a wonderful home and we will surely stay there again. -

This home was beautiful in every aspect. Our children and grand children used the second floor and we used the third floor bedroom. We were minutes from the beach but used the pool in the afternoons. All though we were only 3 families, this home could easily house 4
families. The BBQ was great and the kitchen was well equipped.
It certainly met all our expectations and we would rent it again!
