Duplex, 5 BR, 3 B. Island Club linen service with beds made. Oceanfront 12’ x 28’ swimming pool (shared). Heated pool is available for an additional $500 per week. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 Smart TVs, YouTube streaming app, Disney+, 2 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Spiral stairs to top floor cupola BR with deck and beautiful ocean views. Bathrooms remodeled in 2018. Covered and open decks with porch furniture, charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside showers. 50 ft. oceanfront dune deck with benches, covered gazebo. No smoking. Pets allowed with $215 non-refundable fee per per (2 maximum, 40 lb. limit). 4407 Ocean Drive.
EAST: K * Q * Q * Q * Q, S. 42” flat screen HDTV in living area. Available year ‘round.
WEST: K * Q * Q * Q, S * B (D down, S up). 50” flat screen HDTV in living area.
This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Monthly rates do not include pool.
September & May (reserved for weekly guests); October & April $4,500; November - March $3,300. Rent both East & West duplex and receive a 10% discount! Monthly pet fee is $400.00 per pet.

“Family vacation”
This home was adequate for a party of 10, however, the kitchen was not well stocked. Bedrooms were nice and the distance from the beach was an added plus. Overall, a good experience!

Response from the manager Thank you for your review! I'm happy to know that your family enjoyed Gull Cottage East. As for the dog of the guest's staying on the West side, no pets are permitted in the pool. With any duplex, common areas are shared so at a pet friendly duplex, pets are permitted on the decks and in the pool area but not in the pool. We encourage guests to report it to us if they see an animal in one of the pools as this is against the health code. We do manage many homes and a few duplexes which have private pools. Perhaps one of these choices will be a better option for your next vacation so you don't have the concern of someone else's dog being in pool and deck area.
