The home we stayed in was absolutely without a doubt impeccable! Everything was in order, the rooms were cozy and comfy. The view was unimaginable and very relaxing. We brought along our teenage kids who thought this would be a very boring vacation and when they saw the view from the back porch and the style of the home they were fasciniated. When it came time to leave the kids were crying to stay longer, who would of thought! We loved everything about the Baywynd and Emerald Isle, this place is definitely a return vacation for us. Looking forward to our next trip to the Emerald Isle and Baywynd. Thank you.

Our recent stay at Emerald Isle was perfect. The beach, the weather and sunsets on the Sound. Baywynd West worked out great. Loved the view, easy access to beach with not too many steps! We liked having the main floor bedroom with bath and then 2 1/2 more baths with 4 more bedrooms. The kids loved the private upstairs bedroom and everyone was surprised at how the noise didn't travel from room to room. We had 6 adults and 5 kids including a two year old who got up very early but he didn't wake the rest of us. The deck had picnic tables with extra chairs gave us lots of space for a big family. The location was perfect too!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Baywynd West! It is such a beautiful home with lots of room, beautiful veiws, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was completely equipt with all that we needed and more! (ie; silverware, dishes, wine glasses, books, games, etc). The beach front was beautiful and quiet. We would love to stay here again. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great rental. The large deck and all the sturdy deck furniture (especially the lounge chairs) made it a very comfortable spot to still enjoy the ocean without getting whipped by the sand on windy days. We ate dinner on the porch many evenings. The rooms, decor and amenities are very nice. Mattresses weren't the best, but were still comfortable. Would definitely consider renting this one again.

new mattresses, dining room table and chairs, solid surface kitchen counters and new artwork!!!
Don't forget that this beautiful duplex also offers a gas grill for those great beach BBQ's, wireless high speed Internet access, water softener, spacious oceanfront decks, oceanfront dune deck, enclosed hot/cold outside shower and lets not forget about the beautiful sunsets & sound views that can be seen from the rear deck!
