  Disappointing property

  First, an advertised bonus room was non- existent and was counted on. Refrigerator didn't close, roof leaked, dryer didn't work, lawn was not cut, deck had rusty nails and boards sticking up, kitchen not well appointed, deck chairs all broken, one of two tubs almost completely clogged and more...we were very unhappy.
  Sabrina Hylton @ EI Realty did a great job trying to rectify but it meant workmen in the house Sun-Wed. The missing bonus room was still an issue. She was able to get us out of lease for second week and into an awesome beachfront house that we loved which made the vacation good. We plan to rent the beachfront again next year. Thank God for Sabrina!

  Beautiful week with our son who is in the Marines.

  Our family is from Indiana, and we wanted to get a vacation rental close to our son who is stationed at Camp Lejune. Location was great in driving distance for him. He was able to come and stay with us every night. The house is right across the road from the beach. Excellent access! It has a front yard, which enabled us to enjoy badmition and corn hole, along with the beautiful beach. House is very nice, but needs a few updates. It has four bedrooms, and plenty of room in the open plan with the kitchen, dining, and living area. I would recommend staying here!

  Nice property!

  We enjoyed this property very much. It has easy access to the beach. The top floor (kitchen, dining and living room) is magnificent. The second floor has 3 good sized bedrooms and the bottom floor has a small bedroom with 2 single beds. Our complaints are few: The master bedroom has some nocturnal critters in the wall, but we got used to them after a couple of days. None of the headboards seem to be mounted to the beds and when there is any movement, they knock against the wall. We would rent this property again. This is our third Emerald Isle Realty property and we have been very pleased with thier service!

  Nice home, real close to the access boardwalk to the beach. Furniture and TV were nice. Middle bathroom was really nice. Plenty of parking.
  
  Stayed in 2005, when it was brand new to rental company, Air conditioner wasn't working and oven wasn't working, but those may have just been because it was new rental, and might be fixed by now.
