I have a family of 5 and recently stayed at this rental property with an additional guest. So 6 total at this rental
and we were more than comfortable in the rental. It is roomy, clean and very nicely decorated, a very refreshing atmosphere! We have booked this rental again this year and can't wit to enjoy the rental property again with the family! Definitely a great rental property would give a 5 star! -

We picked up the keys mid-afternoon and drove straight to the cottage. Everything was clean and tidy, ready for a relaxed week with our adult kids. Location is mid-island, beautiful section of beach and very quiet. Cottage is well equipped, quiet a/C and fans in every room. Flat screen TVs throughout and plenty of porch furniture. We had no breakdowns or service needs but our experience has been that Emerald Isle Realty will make it good if there were. We had a truely relaxing week!

We found Sand Pebbles West to meet our need for a great family week at the beach. The connecting doors let us be "with" other parts of the family while giving each of us our own space. The place was clean and well appointed. The couples who stayed in the second and third bedroom were uncomfortable in double beds and that is the only thing that would keep us from renting this house again.

Sand Pebbles is updated with refreshing colors and wonderful non-carpeted floors. Our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this cottage for someone whose family fits the size of this cottage.

Sand Pebbles is an older house but has been updated and the colors are cheerful. Rooms are small by today's standards but adequate for the time when built. We visited the house last fall after the rental season, when owners had taken the house off the rental market, and all had been cleaned well by the owners or a hired company. The price is reasonable and we enjoy the water front location.

We loved the house. The beds were comfortable. Loved the tiled bathrooms. The porch was great. We could sit on the porch and watch the kids playing in the sand. The only thing I didn't like about it was the galley kitchen. It was hard for more than one person to get in the space or cook at a time. Over all though, we would rent it again.
