Heated pool is available for an additional $350 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Two oceanside BRs with ceiling fans, ocean views and direct deck access. Dishwasher, well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, 5 flat screen cable TVs, DVR, wireless high speed Internet access, hair dryers. Large sundecks with screened porch overlooking swimming pool. Gas grill with grilling area, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, paved parking area. High, elevated lot with great ocean views and easy beach access. Just minutes away from public sound-side boat ramp. Available year ‘round. No smoking. No pets. 4902 Ocean Drive.

“Beach Cottage Bliss”

I am pleased to know that your check-in at our office was smooth and efficient, and I hope you are enjoying our beautiful island and all our area has to offer. I agree that this home is in a great location with an easy beach access. In looking into your concerns, I see that you have already been in touch with our Director of Guest Services and she was able to coordinate the trash removal, television repairs, and the repair of the door on the screened porch. I am sorry that you were startled when our maintenance technician arrived to respond to your call. More often than not, our technicians arrive to vacant homes because we do not ever expect our guests to miss out on precious vacation time due to waiting for service from maintenance. For this reason, it is our policy to knock, wait a few moments, and then enter while announcing our arrival as you described. Certainly, we can be more accommodating to you if you let us know that you will be home and would prefer we wait for the door to be answered. It has been our pleasure to host your family’s vacation and I hope you enjoy the rest of your extended stay in Emerald Isle.
