Duplex, 4 BR, 3 B. Island Club linen service with beds made. Beautifully furnished. All BRs are oceanfront or ocean view and have access to furnished decks; one BR located on main floor with adjoining bath. Third floor loft area with 2S and ocean view. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Large, covered main deck with porch rockers, covered dune deck, enclosed hot/cold outside showers. Large patio sitting area with outdoor furniture. Locking renter’s storage closet. Watch the kids or ocean sunset from the covered dune deck. Walk/bike to public tennis courts. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets. 7301 Ocean Drive.
EAST: K * Q * Q * Q, S * 2S. 6 cable TVs including flat screens in living area and MBR, 2 DVD players, stereo with CD player, answering machine, Weber gas grill.

This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
